The problem

Every org activity at UP Baguio ran on paper forms. Students had to file, sign, and chase their own approvals with no visibility into where a request was stuck.

Staff had it no better: there was no way to review requests or pull up org records away from a desk.

What I built

• –A web app where students submit activity requests and track approval status live
• –A staff side for reviewing requests and managing org records
• –Works on phones, so approvals no longer wait for someone to be at a desk

How it works

React on Vite with Supabase as the backend, using Postgres for org records and activity requests. Approval status updates are visible to students as they happen instead of surfacing only at the end of the process.
