The problem
A regulated US financial services company needed a multi-tenant SaaS platform built from the ground up. Loan officers were running refinance numbers for clients one at a time by hand.
What I built
- A rate comparison tool that pulls live pricing data
- An admin dashboard for managing daily rates across states
- Multi-tenant data isolation so each client's data stays completely separate
- Subscription billing with Stripe
How it works
Each tenant's data is kept separate at the database layer with Postgres Row Level Security on Supabase, so isolation is enforced by the database itself rather than by application code remembering to filter.
